This is one of my son's favorite books. We have gotten it from the library over and over again. At 6, he is starting to get a little old for it, but he still enjoys looking at the silly illustrations of all the trouble the monsters get into when they are supposed to be getting ready for bed. This book is short enough for a toddler to sit through (and it has flaps!) but still entertaining for slightly older children.
My toddler loves this book!

This is the one book that he absolutely insists we read every night. The verse is easy to understand, funny, and great at teaching colors.
