This is a simple, easy to read book. Outlining the biblical foundation on prayer. It comes with testimonials of what happens when you pray. It changes everything! You will not be dissapointed!!!

This book is easy to understand, very well written, not big jargon that you cannot understand.

This book on prayer is the best I've encountered. Very concrete teaching and examples are very helpful. Many books on prayer are less specific, more vague. Deals with many varied areas of prayer, making it a book you want to reference repeatedly. I'd originally read a book loaned by a friend, but realized I wanted a copy of my own for reference. Very helpful for everyone from prayer newbies to more experienced prayer teams.

This is a basic book to help you understand how to pray. when to pray, & general knowledge about prayer.

This is a very easy to read, well-written book and practical book for intercessors. It tells you what you need to know if you have a heart for praying for others in a powerful way. It is not a formula for getting what you want from God here and now in that manipulative way so beloved of many name it and claim it tele-evangelists. It will appeal to those who have a genuine heart for God and want to do his will here on earth. I had many spiritual encounters with God while prayerfully reading this book.

This book is very readable and does not demand extreme effort on our part to become a prayer warrior. I found it very interesting.

This book gave some very great insight into prayer, prayer positions, ways to hear God. It also gives you a scheduled prayer of areas to focus on daily. Which is good and I agree with Colin. As I've grown, I've seen how this book can be a hindrance because the reader can tend to pray the written prayers instead of seeking God for revelation on areas Holy Spirit may direct you to pray. BUT, it does offer great foundation and structure. The knowledge and revelation God imparted to Alves is priceless!!! It also encourages readers to use their prayer language. She also gives some profound testimonies which is a plus. All in all the book is good!
