Become the Most Important Person in the Room: Your 30-Day Plan for Empath Empowerment

I have several close friends who gushed to me about how much this book has helped them. Some of them have even completed the entire series so they can do Skilled Empath Merges. I have taken Rose Rosetree’s workshop for HSPs. It was very helpful in terms of helping me to recognize my sensitivity as a talent, not a condition to manage. I learned when to use my sensitivity and when not to use it. As a result, I am able to enjoy my life more. As an HSP, I am not as sensitive as an empath; therefore, I expect this book would make an even great impact for empaths than the workshop did for me.

I am a few days shy of this 30-day program. I never realized reading a book could be so helpful in defining and supporting what an empath is and can become ~ when skilled. Each day provides a glimpse into an empath’s typical reality and then provides a simple consciousness positioning exercise that supports you in paying attention to yourself. Over thirty days of reading, you will gain many practical and easy to use skills. The ahas are so satisfying to me because they make sense and are not complicated by psychological jargon like needing to “protect my energies”. No, instead I find myself “waking up inside” as Rose Rosetree writes, in clear and uncomplicated ways, enhancing my human life. Update: I finished the book. In a quiet way, no fanfare, I gave my first "Skilled Empath Merge" and reading per the instructions in the last chapters. It was a celebration. To enjoy my "status" as an empath and to do so after "30 days" (for me, more like three months, since it took as long as it took) is another quiet miracle of following the book. Actually, it is a re-program, because living like an unskilled empath felt "victim-like" while living as a skilled empath feels like growing into a life of great privilege.

This was the first book for empaths that I read, and it was so, so helpful to me. I think there are more updated editions with a different title - "The Empowered Empath" and "The Master Empath." High quality!! Highly recommend.
