Informative but bland

This book contains informative information but is quite bland in its content. It is set out as a yearly review with entries for dates that are of significane. I would prefer a book that was reviewing the facts on a Day by Day basis as the title suggests. It has some pictures but these are sparse compared to other Lewisohn volumes. It remains a worthwhile addition to any Beatle fan's collection. Oky June 2000
