A book with realistic solutions to real life problems

I have gained so much from this book. It offers scriptural solutions to problems we face in our modern lives. It does not offer the interpretation of the scriptures by the author. Rather she sticks with the scriptures and applies them to her life. I have found it is a book I can only read one chapter at a time because I feel the need to take so many useful notes.
