While many of us stay active to keep physically fit, this book provides sustenance necessary to keep our spirit active. The book may be targeted for Roman Catholic youth, but anyone regardless of age who wants to grow in their walk with God & wants to learn more about the Catholic faith (including those who are physically active ;) would enJoy reading this. I love the analogy the author uses for the spiritual workout regimen: Cardiovascular (Prayer of Blessing & Adoration), Fat-Burning (Prayer of Petition), Muscle-Toning (Prayer of Intercession), Stretch (Prayer of Thanksgiving), & Breathe (Prayer of Praise). Just like working out can change the shape of your body, praying daily for fifteen minutes is enough to keep your Spirit in the best shape for life!
