I was very disappointed in this book. Print was so tiny and faint it was hard to read. Second, they did not measure in cups....only gm or oz. Third, bread recipes were too complicated, mostly European, had strange ingredients, and I could not find one recipe that was just a simple country bread. Waste of my money.
very good recipes that are not complicated to follow.

A very good cookbook. all the recipes that i have tried so far have been successful and are loved by everyone. simple book but with very good results. Definitely a book to be recommended.
