My baby loves this book (pictures and colors are great) and looks at it over and over again.She worned out one book, I already got two new ones!

This book is visually great, with wonderful, detailed photographs and simple word concepts. It opens up lots of opportunities for discussing shapes, colors and other ways of sorting, as well as counting. I originally received this book as a hand-me-down from my sister for my daughter, and it's become so worn out, I'm going to order a new one!

I love this book and so does my 10 month old daughter, Abby. Her nanny speaks mostly Spanish to her and we wanted the nanny to be able to read her books in Spanish. Just last night Abby was giving kisses to the pictures of the babies! One warning for parents of little babies - we've had to tape up most of the book because Abby loves to "turn" the pages. It's probably more suitable for babies over a year and a half or so.

El Mundo del Bebe is a beautiful first book for toddlers whose parents want them to be bi-lingual. As (Anglo)residents of California we want our daughters to speak comfortably in English and Spanish. Their nanny speaks only Spanish during the day. This book builds on that experience with beautiful photography and labels of the things and people in their everyday lives. Language has become a game in our house and this book is helping all of us learn Spanish!
