D. Gary Young has so much knowledge about plants, the human body and how these two talk to each other. Gary is the first to re-introduce essential oils back into the United States and has the largest farm in North America that grows and distills plants which enhance the human immune system void of harmful side effects. His company is on the cutting edge of health-caring and educating for the individual who chooses to take responsibility for their health and their family's. This book was published in 1996 so it's some of Gary's older workings. He talks about aromatherapy in a therapuetic oil vs. the perfume industry standard oil along with how he distills oils and incoporates them into all his company products. This to me is an early version of the Essential Oil Desk reference. Great book to have in your library.

I ordered it to find out more about Young Living products. I could tell that it was an older version of some of the recent information. About the only thing that has changed though was what a couple of the products were now called. It was well worth the money. Well written and informative.
