Bob really does a good job with this book. Well written and easy to understand. He has alot of good themes to follow to change your life forever. I have read alot of Bob Greene's Books(Oprah's trainer) and he and Bob have alot in common on their approach. Each as some different ideas but all in all both are great reads.
