This is a must read for every person in leadership in the church. Disunity in the church is something the North American Christian culture should be ashamed of. The book starts with a story within a story in an all too typical Christian home. The author goes on to carefully and scripturally build a strong biblical case as to the cause and cure for much of the fighting in the church. A very short book but really packed with a powerful message.... very effective indeed.
