Applying Psychology: Individual and Organizational Effectiveness

The book was in very good shape. However, I must have gotten confused on the edition. I thought I was ordering the 6th edition, but ended up with a 4th edition. However, I was still able to use the book, some of the chapters were just in a different order and it caused me to do more reading and searching. Before I order again I will make sure to look at the ordering information more thoroughly before I submit the order, but everything worked out okay.

Good book, great learning experience and I would recommended it to anyone who is taking a psychology class.

This is a great book. I am reading this book for a class, and I wasn't sure what to expect from it. But, I found I really enjoyed reading the material. Mr. DuBrin makes things sensable and practical for succeeding in the business world.
