Great Cookbook - lots of basics

Our old one (from my Mom) fell apart from use, so we were thrilled to find one in great shape and dirt cheap!!! Don't hesitate, it's quite good - describes cuts of meat, basic roasting, gravy, sauces, etc. etc.
