Anna Growing Up on the Farm

Bought this book when my daughter was about 4. She is now 7 and her brother is 3. He loves it! The drawings are so beautiful and the themes of the poems are easily identifiable even for those who are not growing up on a farm. My 7 year old loves to read some of the poems to her little brother. We look at the pictures for ages discussing all the fine details. The other night we took turns singing the poems to different melodies we made up. Great fun, great book.
