Animal Physiology: From Genes to Organisms (with Infotrac) [With Infotrac]

I bought this book for an Animal Physiology class in undergrad and, as I had a professor who didn't teach well, it taught me everything!!! Great text, very clear and easy to understand with just the right amount of detail. Also has a lot of colorful diagrams and pictures that really illustrate concepts. I am currently a vet student and I own FIVE physiology books, this is my FAVORITE. It doesn't always have everything that I need (for vet school) or always have the needed detail...which is why I supplement. But, overall, my favorite physiology book!
