It's the 1955 Christmas season in Blue Town, an old blighted district of Industrial City. Hard-boiled private detective Joe Luger is hired by a rich and beautiful young woman to find her missing boyfriend. What appears to be a simple missing persons case turns into a twisted tale of murder and intrigue.
