Ancients

This is the third book of the series. We're back to lots of military action. Plus there's nefarious plotting and planning on the bad guys side, resulting in murder and mayhem. Lots going on. The ending is action packed and for the first time hints at the next book in line. If you liked the first two, you have to read this one. My complaint this time? Someone needs to do a better job of proof reading.

This is the third of the series and each of them have been well written and kept me going right to the end.I highly recommend this book to anyone that enjoys a fanciful fast paced adventure.I look foreward to more from the author in the near future.

In 13000 BCE much of the world is united behind warriors like Herkulus and King Jason to fight the superpower Atlantis. When the combined might of the enemy began to win, the desperate rulers of the City of Light unleashed a secret weapon of mass destruction called the Wave. The American President worries that an unknown oligopoly has discovered a weapon that is causing earthquakes around the globe. He assigns his elite Event Group to prevent further destruction a million times worse than Hiroshima by finding the key to the ANCIENTS' weapon apparently being used by ruthless ambitious predators for global domination. The third Event Group thriller (see EVENT and LEGEND) is like its predecessors an over the stratosphere gripping thriller. The story line is fast-paced from the opening cautionary warning of a smug desperate ancient civilization using a weapon of mass destruction causing pandemic destruction and never slows down. With twists galore including a final shocker, David Lynn Goleman keeps the events coming as the action never wanes for a paragraph. Harriet Klausner
