Be careful to get the second edition

Unfortunately, the same produce description and reviews turn up for both editions. The product description for the kindle edition describes it as "This revised and considerably expanded 2nd edition". However, the book I received was definitely not the second edition: the second edition has 24 chapters, and the kindle edition had only 12 chapters. The book itself is a wonderful, unusually valuable discussion of non-classical logic, and it is a pity that the second edition is not available for kindle.
