An Eligible Bachelor

This was a new author for me but the book caught my attention because I like authors like Harriet Evans. This book didn't disappoint. I love books with quirky and interesting supporting characters. My only drawback was that the ending seemed a bit rushed. I would have liked a little bit more than the epilogue. Perhaps there could be another Cotswald book where we could catch up with Guy, Honor, Henty, etc. I will definitely look for more books by Ms. Henry.

This was my first Veronica Henry, but not my last. I thought this book was smart and fun! I loved the way the story was told by different character's points of view. Much more than chick lit. I will definitely search out her other books. Highly recommended!

I found this at a library resale shop and didn't know what to expect. I love Katie Fforde and Marian Keyes. V. Henry had a touch of both I thought. The characters were very likable and well developed. A great weekend read.
