Don’t go by the cover picture.

I purchased this book, along with two other books with the theme of canning, preserves and butters, judging by the cover of the book, one would think that it contains recipes and procedures about all the products shown on the cover. NOT!!’ This little mini cookbook is just excerpts from complete Amish cooking books, that I already have in my library. Disappointed… I really needed an Amish canning and preserving manual, not a cookbook on how to make CHOW CHOW.. 😞
