AMY AMY AMY redresses the imbalance, giving full measure to Winehouse's talent while offering an honest account of her multiple personal crises in this absorbing and entertaining biography of an exceptionally gifted performer.
This is an interesting historical account of Amy Winehouse's early years. She has immense talent, and I was a fan the first time I heard her voice. I would not have guessed she's a caucasion, Jewish, British girl. This book is pretty much a gathering of facts without the emotion or feeling that Amy would add to a book. It's informative and easy to read. I love Amy's music and wanted to find out more about her and I did. I was also looking for reason for her self-destructive behaviour, but I'll have to wait for her autobiography, which is due out soon. In the meantime, this book will suffice. The photos were good too.
Is cool

This book is informative and only marginally sensationalized. Not enough b4 photos. ie; b4 tats & weightloss.
