Great resource if you're only buying 1 guide to admissions to the Elite colleges. Provides inside information on the tendencies of various admissions departments. Very, very helpful on writing the college essay, too.

This book was interesting and helpful. Not only does it contain many tips and strategies concerning top college admission, but it is funny and insightful too. I have read it over and over, not only because of its information, but because of its interesting segments detailing everything from your personality type to what admissions officers are actually seeing while they read your application.
