Being retired from the military I greatley appreciated these short stories of courage and faith. Most of all I appreciate the dedication and love of America and the American way of life expressed and lived by these men. I passed the book on to another military man and would recommend it as required reading to every American.

This book, though small, covers all phases of the lives of the men and women who serve this nation on the battlefield. I believe it to be a very good read, especially for people who don't have someone serving. They can see what military families go through day to day. Since my husband and son are in this book, it deserves to be mentioned too that another one is coming out in Oct. call American Mourning. It gives the full account on their story. Jan
