This work shows how the system works in more depth than the average person understands. By interesting examples it shows how a lack of common sense combined with some passive-aggressive personality types the system is sick. To change, everyone needs to read and understand the concept, most of all those in any large company or branch of any government.
Excellent description of the leviathan called: BUREAUCRACY.

You cannot go wrong with Roche. As usual, his work is easy reading: a book for everybody. I would require this book to be read in the 10 th grade. A real eye opener about bureaucracy: how it started, how it grows, when it stops growing.
