This was a wonderful story about Gods love and forgiveness. Eli is a man who believes that God has let him down. Delanie is a young woman who is just trying to prove that she is a good cop even if she is female. When the two are paired to do an under cover assignment their lives will change forever. I enjoyed the theme of marriage and always having God as the center. The side story of Courtney was well written and rang true of every day life. This is one of my favorite Heartsong presents novels.
