This book is packed with usable information. I originally picked it up at the public library but found it to be so useful that I purchased a copy for my office. I also recommend this book to my arthritic massage clients. Presentation is clear Explanation of terminology is equally clear and succint. I can personally vouch for the efficacy of the supplements, dietary routines, exercises, and therapies that the author details. I was able to reverse most of debilitating rheumatoid arthritis symptoms in much the manner the author suggests. MY TAKE: Follow the anti-arthritis diet - it is the lynch-pin of virtually all chronic diseases.

This book is full of information and ideas to maintain a level of comfort with arthritis. It also includes foods you shouldn't eat if you have arthritis. I thought it was worth the money.

Very informative about treating arthritis naturally. Allowed me to consider causes for arthritis that I would have never considered without the book. All around great tool for anyone who is frustrated with the lack of alternative care out there in the medical community.
