All the King's Horses

I read this book for the first time when I was 10 years old. And then I read it over and over at least a dozen times. I'm a few months shy of being 30 now and recently found this book in a box of old books my mother had stored in her attic. The laminate coating on the paperback cover is all bubbled and peeling. The pages are dog-eared and warped around the edges. The natural thing to do was to pass it on to my 10-year old step-daughter. We're on Chapter 9, alternately reading aloud to one another. So far, it appears to be love-at-first-read for her, too. I simply adore this book. :)
