I took this cookbook out from the library a few weeks ago. I have since made several of the recipes and I am now asking for this cookbook for Christmas! I have several cookbooks but I would say this is superior to them all. Not only does it have great recipes, but the tips throughout the book, such as 'How to seed a pomegranate' are really useful. This is a great book. The recipes are excellent and are a compilation of the Cooking Light magazine. No need to subscribe to the magazine unless you want more than light cooking recipes. Don't get me wrong, the magazine is great too but has more articles on things other than cooking. I've made several recipes from this book and defy anyone to see the difference between the fat recipes and the ones offered in the book...

This is an excellent cookbook with surprisingly delicious recipes. I have been using it daily for the past two weeks. My husband and I have enjoyed all of our meals. I can't believe that these recipes are actually healthy and so easy to make. There are quite a few 'all-time favorite' recipes included that are very tasty. I strongly recommendly this cookbook. There's a lot of variety...something for everyone.
