I bought the book as a gift,as I am from Europe original wanted to share some culinary taste from the side of the Danube....yum!

I liked this book very much because of the diversity of countries where the Danube flows. How often I'll use it I'm not sure, but its nice to have the resources of the different cuisines. I hope they are as authentic as they seem to be. :)

An excellent book that takes you along the Danube, stopping to eat at every country and sample a little of their cuisine. The recipes are a great collection of comfort food that all are sure to enjoy.
