Don't read this book unless you want the truth...

Finally, a book that tells the truth about the Alcoholics Anonymous! Don't be deceived--AA is idolatrous and blasphemous. Many churches do not know that AA teaches the alcoholic can use any kind of God to help them along the 12 steps. If you want to know the truth, check out this book and honestly examine its claims instead of bashing this book just because the author is a Christian.

Have Long Believed Regarding AA and it's Children, NA, CA

My first AA meeting in the 90's I knew something was wrong with the concept of my being an addict prior to addiction, and that I would always be an addict conflicted greatly with my belief of a God who heals and heals completely. In every account of healing in the Bible, the healing was complete, not partial. However, there was one instance given, "do not return". So, in reference to addiction, I'm not the person I was unless I choose. I don't need to seek others like myself for strength, but only God. To say, "God of my understanding" is what got me into the trouble I suffered for many years. I don't want a God of my understanding, but one who guides my understanding into a fullness of His objectivity for my life. The problem is in minimalizing who He is. Also, it appears, AA and its kind substitutes one addiction for another. Caffeine and tobacco. I refuse to attend these sessions when they are misguided and misinformed on how to achieve a wonderful and free life of happiness. True happiness is only found in God, not my sponsor! My sobriety is not based or achieved by how many meetings I attend, relationship with a sponsor or abstinence. My sobriety is based upon a God who loves me and has assisted me in achieving His goals for my life. This book is right on the mark. I invite comments.

WONDERFUL MESSAGE FOR THOSE CAUGHT IN AA's DECEPTIVE GRIP

This book researches the occult roots from which AA was founded. The author discusses occult practices that were used by the founders of AA including necromancy and mysticism. (Some information was taken from the book PASS IT ON by Bill Wilson and would be a good book to have on hand while reading Dr. Burns book.) An informative book written from the Christian perspective which discusses the denial of Christ in the AA rooms, whether alcoholism (drunkeness)a disease or a sin, and spiritually unhealthy practices that are encouraged by "the program". Dr. Burns also discusses the not so impressive success rate of the program. Lot's of good information to open the eyes of those caught up in this cult.

Discover the truth about Alcoholics Anonymous

Alcoholics Anonymous Unmasked is a real eye-opener! Dr. Burns details the occult beginnings of Alcoholics Anonymous. It's a Caveat Emptor for Christians who are already involved in AA and those who are seriously thinking about becoming involved in AA. You will learn the myth of alcoholism as a "disease", and that alcoholism (a euphemism for drunkenness), is a SIN. Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob Smith (co-founders of AA) were heavily involved in the occult, as were their wives. It has been said that Bill Wilson wrote the 12 steps while in a trance state. Christians need to be more discerning about Alcoholics Anonymous and all the other "recovery" programs which are based on the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. I highly recommend this book! Also recommended: 12 STEPS TO DESTRUCTION/CODEPENDENCY RECOVERY HERESIES by Martin & Deidre Bobgan, and OCCULT INVASION by Dave Hunt.

A "must" read for Christians!

In this book, Dr. Burns reveals the occultic roots of Alcoholics Anonymous. Not only is AA a religion, but it is a false religion. Today AA is touted as a panacea for alcoholics. Dr. Burns explains that the decision to make alcoholism a disease has no medical or scientific basis--that it was decided by a vote. You will learn why alcoholism is not a disease--but a sin. Drinking alcohol is a behavior, and a behavior is something you do, and a disease is something you have. The alcohol itself causes all kinds of physiological problems, like liver damage, etc. The alcoholic is in bondage to sin, but God has provided the Only Way out of this bondage, through His Son Jesus Christ. Alcoholics Anonymous is NOT the answer (as you will discover after reading this book). This message of Jesus Christ is VITAL to the body of Christ--highly recommended
