Mrs. Byrd is a author to watch out for. Not only does she write great sex but she also shows the characters love for one another and most important to me - FIDELITY! Yes, I guess I am old fashioned but I like that in romance and she gives it in spades. Ryan was a hot one and Shea was his equal match it just took him some time to figure it out. Hot Sex, Hot Characters, she has outdone herself again. And there no offense taken to all Holly fans I like her too but unfortunetly fidelity is not her strong suit.

This book was hot. I couldn't put it down. I will definitely keep this book as a reread.

This was one of those stories that had me up all night! I was so ticked at Ryan for being such a jerk and my heart went out to Shea. I could feel her hurt and rejection. So the excitment building up to their finally getting together just about killed me! Then passion explodes and doesn't stop...I recommend reading over the weekend or on a night you don't have to be up for work at 5 a.m. because you cannot put it down!

If you want the ultimate Alpha Male, a feisty, fairly innocent woman, and hot, raw, erotic sex from cover to cover, this is the book for you. Do not look for a plot, because it is practically nonexistent. Just sit back with that bucket of ice and enjoy the ride!!!

Shea may be pint-sized and soft, but she is strong-willed and resolute in her goal to capture Ryan's hardened heart. It was fun and fascinating watching her slowly wrap Ryan around her finger just by simply being Shea. While reading this book my eyes glazed over many times with steam, and I was squirming in my seat. One bookstore scene in particular had me reaching for my husband to put out the fire.
