A Working Model

Mr. Moen starts out in his first book to explain he is an ordinary engineer, a person like anybody else, who has learned to explore our afterlife as well our here and now. He is affiliated with The Monroe Institute, founded by Robert Monroe. This Institute helps the beginning explorer to synchronize the two hemispheres of the brain in order to aid them to communicate, and this aids the explorer to extend their perceptions in order to explore our inner worlds, and increase our potentials and find out who and what we are. As other reviewers report, Mr. Moen will be the first to announce anyone can learn these methods, since he himself is just an ordinary man, so can you begin your own journey of expanding your awareness. Mr. Moen also conducts seminars all over the world and has reported a high degree of success for each participant. I myself, just by reading the books found the methods and exercises do indeed, work and therefore rate this book 6 stars.

The best book I ever read on exploring afterlife

Bruce's way is influenced by Robert Monroe discoveries in last century. But Bruce has gone further. What I liked in his approach is that he cleared all magical/religious/supranaturel stuff from this area, as they are nothing else than beliefs and distorded view of the reality. Ropert Monroe said the same but Bruce is really sharing his knowledge with every reader. Only reading his books (all of them, I strongly recommend) you should be able to explore and help There while with Monroe you need to spend an expensive seminar at their TMI institute. This said, I would love to attend one of Bruce's seminar but he doesn't come often in Europe. Bruce says nobody is unable to do it: if you can't, this is probably a belief blocking you temporarily, then he will give you the appropriate tools and advice to go ahead. Also...if you have no idea who you are, what you do here, why you are here, what is standing elsewhere, etc, just read Bruce journeys - it is simply outstanding, fascinating and...extraordinary and so simple at the same time. This guy is not lying or making up: everything, from first to last book, makes sense, is consistent.

A Must For Those Seeking Truth And Knowledge

The benefits of this book are endless. Just reading it provides valuable information, but the book is designed to use along with the CDs (which you can make your own copies of using the outlines in the book, or purchase the recorded CDs in Bruce's voice from his website). The book teaches the necessary tools and techniques for afterlife exploration through performing retrievals, but I have found that you can apply many of these tools to other areas, such as psychic phenomena and out-of-body experiences, and for different uses involving both the nonphysical and physical worlds. Even if you aren't sure you are interested in retrievals, there are still so many benefits to this book. However, learning the art of retrieval is really a quick and simple way to open your beliefs and gain knowledge through your own direct experience. In creating the Guidebook, Bruce found a way to label concepts and tools of nonphysical perception (that we all use but are not normally aware of) and dissect them into categories and describe how they work and why. It's fascinating. I've read this book so many times, and each time I do I still continually run into exquisite gems of information that just blow me away.

excellent book

A stand-alone book, clear and concise. Bruce shows how deceivingly simple exploring can be, so that the biggest problem you'll have is believing..
