Adventure Therapy is an excellent reference book for therapy professionals who want to understand the theory behind the therapeutic aspects of adventure therapy. It offers a full range of information, including excellent material on processing (debriefing) the adventure and how change takes place.I checked it out of the university library and knew I had to buy my own copy after reaching my renewal limits.This is not a manual of 100 games. it is a professional reference manual for adventure therapists.
