Advanced Deer Hunting: New Strategies Based on the Latest Studies of Whitetail Behavior

I have been reading John Weiss's deer hunting articles and books since the 1970s, and he is my favorite author on the topic of deer hunting. First and foremost, he has always studied scientific research that will be relevant to hunting and incorporates this research into his extensive personal hunting experience. His resulting analysis has led me into being undeniably a better hunter (although in my case, that should not be confused with being a good hunter). Second and related, his writing style is very clear and entertaining. I have read more than a few other hunting books and articles written by others, and Mr. Weiss remains my favorite author in this area. Advanced Deer Hunting is now showing some age in a few places, but I still consider it my all-time favorite deer hunting book which I am repeatedly drawn back to for yet another learning experience.
