A Woman of the Intellect

Erika is a woman of the intellect and mind, as such admirable. She seeks truth by writing about it. She becomes a sort of intellectual hero which puzzles her. People seek her out to discuss intellectual issues and ideas. She sees herself as a person of the mind. Do we get to know her as an emotional being in this book? Not at all. The closest she comes to unchecked emotion is when she misses her dead cat. This is a very interesting book.
