M Is for Manners

M Is For Manners tells of Abbey (a third grader) and her family, as they go to dinner at Sarah's house. This is a wonderful book, which can be used to teach children positive behaviors, no matter what the circumstance. The beautiful illustrations will surely entertain, but most importantly -this whimsical story will appeal to children of all ages.I highly recommended this enchanting book as an addition for any school, reading group, community library. This book will be great for my pre school classroom, I'm always looking for new ways to encourage manners and the drawings are so cute and detailed! I know my students will want this book read again and again! Can't wait to see your future books offered!

As an elementary principal I think Abbey and Friends is a welcome addition to children's litereature providing good lessons about manners wrapped in an entertaining story. The pictures are vibrant and detailed and will capture the attention of young readers and listeners.

Abbey & Friends is a great book, with language that will grab and keep a kid's attention. The story is entertaining and is illustrated with adorable drawings that contain details that kids will continue to discover long after their first reading of the book. I have already purchased two copies as gifts for friends with children. I am a particular fan of the ladybug.

This book provided a great opportunity to talk about everyday manners while keeping my children's attention. And I didn't have to nag or sound "preachy"! It has also given us a fun way to remind each other to use our best manners. We can't wait for the next Abbey book!
