A Very Wompkee Christmas

This is a wonderful book for younger children. The story is well written and in age appropriate language. The main characer "Twig" is someone children can identify with. Twig is the youngest Wompkee and wants to get "big" faster. She is tired of being told she is "too young or too little" to do something. She has a Christmas wish, as most children do. It's fun to see how or if Twig will get her wish. This is a fun read for parents and children and makes a great bedtime story. I hope the author will continue the Wompkee story in many more books to come.
