A Definite Keeper

Having owned Strategic Procative Procurement for years, it remains one of the very few books on the topic that I tend to keep close at hand in order to review from time-to-time. The title is very accurate, especially if one considers each word as a stand-alone topic. I recommend this book very highly, and have done so to many others over the years. It is a great source of fundamentals through much more sophisticated concepts/practices.
