Love will conquer all

The Perfect Blend is an easy to read, easy to follow book. The flow is solid; you never have to figure out what direction the book is going. Mitchell and Nikki Stone have been married for a few months. They're very much in love except for their baby mama drama queen, Gina. Mitchell and Gina have a son, Clay. Every chance she gets, Gina throws it in Nikki's face that she has Mitchell's baby. Nikki desperately wants to have a baby by Mitchell, but he feels they should wait a while before having children. Nikki thinks otherwise. O.J. Peters has the top morning show on WHOT radio. He is a local celebrity and enjoys everything that the `celebrity' title has to offer. He does what he wants, when he wants until his baby's mama shows up in town. Keesa shows up on O.J.'s doorstep with their daughter Cherrell in tow. She breezes into town to announce that she is moving to Chicago. O.J. is surprised by this announcement, but it will give him more opportunity to spend time with his daughter. Just as O.J. starts to get use to the idea that Keesa and Cherrelle are here to stay, tragedy happens and he finds himself in a new predicament. C. Kelly Robinson writes an entertaining book on love and family. He captures your attention from the very first page and holds it until the end. Tracey R.E.A.L Reviewer

Loved the book

I picked up No More Mr. Nice Guy because it looked pretty good and I noticed the writer was from my hometown, I loved the book and read his debut novel (Between Brothers, which was also very good) while hoping for a follow up to No More Mr. Nice Guy.....And I must say, A Perfect Blend is excellent!!! it was well written and kept my interest until the last paragraph, C. Kelly Robinson, I think, is up there with Eric Jerome Dickey and the rest....so now once again, I await another novel................

Excellent Book! Must Read for All!

This book was fantastic. I couldn't put it down until I finished reading it to the very end.. I haven't read Mr. Kelly's other books but I intend to purchase and read them after enjoying this novel. Great book Mr. Kelly. You have a new fan.

Humor, Wit And Emotional

The Perfect Blend is the sequel to No More Mr.Nice Guy. You don't have to have read the first book to enjoy this novel the story holds weight on its own. Mitchell Stone that nice guy turned player turned nice again returns. Now married to Nikki and living in semi bliss when he doesn't have drama from his baby Clay's mama Gina.Mitchell's boss O.J. a former Minister turned Radio Host is living the single life well until his babys mama turns up to relocate and ready to be a family. When a tragedy strikes O.J's life suddenly changes. He becomes a single father and finds himself falling in love.Gina has a bag full of tricks. She uses little Clay trying to wedge herself between Mitchell and Nikki and the girl will try anything. Nikki has had enough of Gina's antics and plots her own agenda to get Gina to back off. This novel is an engaging tale of life, love and relationships. A perfect blend of humor and wit with emotions that run deep. I highly recommend this richly woven novel.

U won't want to put this book down until u're done reading!

I first read No More Mr Nice Guy this past Fall, so when I visited the author's website, Ckellyrobinson.com, I was excited to see that he would be releasing a sequel to that novel. All I can say is it was well worth the wait. This book is full of humor, drama, and mixed in a little sadness, and plenty of surprises. I was happy to see a familiar character from his novel Between Brothers. It was nice(as always)to see an author take a character from a previous book and add more to his/her story. And I love the stories behind Mitchell and Nikki, even if Ole' Gina had to be thrown in the mix. I would love if he decided to write a book about one of the other 3 main characters from Between Brothers.
