Good book. Heavy on religion

I had no idea when I bought this book that it if very religious, Christian and I am not Christian. I first wasn't going to read it but I did..it is along the lines of WWII books I'm reading so I enjoyed that but have been turned off by the strong Christian message. That's good if that's your thing but I didn't know this about the book and wish I had.

Another Story filled with WWII history!

Major Jack Novak loves a challenge. And that's one reason he's set on winning the heart of nurse Ruth Doherty. But Ruth has a secret, one she can't let out, or else she'll loose the first friends she's ever had. But how long can it remain a secret? Especially when someone from her past shows up. Jack tries his best to win over Ruth, but she keeps drawing away from him. And now his pride is coming between him and his friend. I liked the fact that Ruth was in this book. She was also in a small scene in the previous book. The connection there was cool. But I didn't care for Jacks character. In the first book, he was a good guy, but then suddenly in this book he's very prideful, and seems totally different. The way he treats Ruth got on my nerves. But everything worked out in the end. Definitely some tears in this book!
