I love Maggie Sefton Books

I have just about all of Maggie Sefton books. I just ordered #4 and #7.I'm reading #3. I love these books. I went to the knitting shop in Fort Collins Colorado. ( Fort Connor Co in the book) That the book is based on. And met Mimi ( not her real name) From the book. She was super nice. I bought some yarn. The shop is so cute with the Cafe adjacent to it. Just like in the book. Enjoy!

Great series

This is a great series of knitting murder mysteries. Nice and light and with a sense of humor. Nice development, too.

A Killer Stitch

I am enjoying the knitting mysteries of Maggie Sefton very much. This one the fourth in the series was excellent, it had me guessing at who did it, and drooling about the food and yarn art. I'm ready for the fifth book.

MORE OF A GOOD THING

I've read all of the books in this series, and like the others, was sorry to get to the end of it. Kelly and the gang seem like a growing family, we get new characters with each one, and I find that it's like a comfy blanket, the more I'm with it, the better it gets. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE !!! My only advice for the author is WRITE FASTER!!!

A Killer Stitch

[[ASIN:0425222020 A Killer Stitch: A Knitting Mystery]This fun and entertaining book is part of Maggie Sefton's knitting mystery series. It contains an easy to follow knitting pattern for a cable-knit scarf and a recipe for chocolate mint fudge (yum!). I enjoy the characters in this mystery series. Anyone who has a favorite yarn store and likes to knit would enjoy this novel.

Another fun entry in this series

I've enjoyed the first three books in this light cozy mystery series and this one continued the trend. Kelly and her friends are still enjoyable and fun to spend some time with. Kelly has now settled into a consulting business and life in Colorado permanently. A rancher is murdered who has been involved with a spinning teacher at Kelly's knitting store hangout. While she doesn't plan to get involved at first, she is soon entangled because Jennifer knows the obvious suspect and thinks she's innocent. I actually thought this was a pretty obvious mystery - I had figured out the murderer quite early. Since Kelly really didn't know the suspects or the victim, it made also the investigation run a little sluggishly. It wasn't a bad plot, though. We finally seem to be getting a little movement in Kelly's relationship with Steve and hopefully this will continue. We also seem to have a new interest for Megan and there are several other budding romances. This book seems to be set up for the next book as much as its own book (anyone know what it will be or when it will be publisehd?) as Kelly is working to buy land (Geri Norbert's place from Needled to Death), but the end really seems to intimdate she'll have major problems with the new land.
