A Kids Book About Racism

An important topic! I have many children's books, some from childhood and some that are new. I'm very purposeful on my new children's books. I've been curious about this book series (of sorts) for a long time! So when I found it cheaper than I'd seen it and on sale, I instantly bought it. I wasn't sure what to expect. Would it go into detail? Talk about the institutions which support racism? Would it talk about how children of color experience racism? I had all these and more questions. Yet the book was perfectly written! It gives you just enough information. And it can easily be understood by the smallest child (I'm talking 2 years old) to any age after. Children's books and fairy tales teach us many things. I believe adults shouldn't leave them behind, but bring them with them into adulthood. We can learn from them just as much as children can. 10/10 recommend!
