A First Picture Book of Nursery Rhymes

This version of nursery rhymes is a nice blend of common rhymes and lesser known ones. I really enjoyed reading and singing the rhymes that were new to me. The illustrations are very beautiful and the rhymes are grouped well on the pages. Ms. Harbour puts several small rhymes in circular illustrations together on some pages and has other pages devoted to longer rhymes. The amount of rhymes is just right too. There are not so many rhymes that you forget them, nor are there so few you get bored after reading them again and again.
