Great book for beginners.

It seems about half of the book is spent in giving directions for beginning knitters. I thought it was a book of beginning knitter projects so I was disappointed there are only 12 projects in it. Great if you don't already know how to knit though!
wonderful waldorf knitting

This is probally the best childrens knitting book that I know of. Its wonderful step by step illustrations will show a child begining to knit how to. The progects are things that children would actually want to knit. Animals mostly which is wonderful for them to play with after. Also know that some basic sewing with yarn skills would be needed to sew up the animals when completed. A great first knitting book for children.
