A True Hero

'Big John Paladin could easier wrestle an angry bull then diaper a tiny infant. But since his wife left, the rancher had turned his talents to "baby wrangling." John knew his son needed more than a gruff cowboy's care. He needed a mother-and he deserved the best... Dana Dixon was shocked. How dare John Paladin ask for her help when almost a year ago he'd run from her-into the arms of another woman! But how cold she turn away a child with eyes so like the man she once loved? And, probably, loved still...' This was one of the funnest stories I have read, (other than Jessica Steele), this poor man John was wrangled by Dana and little J J. Although John jumped through hoops, Dana still made him act like a trained dog. And he should have. He claimed to love Dana, but at the first argument, John took off, he found a strange woman (dangerous enough with H I V out there) but he had sex with her and got her pregnant. He should have been thankful that was all he got.But he stepped up to the plate and tried to make things right. Dana found she loved J J, and she didn't want anyone to take care of him, but her. After he got a divorce he now had to prove to Dana she could trust him. Dana starts being with J J in John's house. While John tries to be perfect for Dana. Dana kept him on the knifes edge in this hilarious story. I laughed until my sides hurt. Then I cried, and found myself laughing again.
