Sweet book

My son (almost 2) and I love this book. The rhyming story tells of a little duck going through his day: wiggling his tail, swimming, chasing a dragonfly and bee, watching a frog, going to sleep, etc... It is a sweet story and not as sappy as some other "mommy" books.

This book has absolutely beautiful painted illustrations and the story is a lot of fun to read. This is the book that I read once a day to my baby. He seems to really enjoy the illustrations as well. I definitely recommend this to any parent!
Best children's book I've come across

We've been fortunate to receive many books, including some "so-called" best sellers, but this one beats them all hands down. My 11 mth old loves it - she literally races over to sit on my lap as soon as I start reading the first page. It's a lovely simple story, great for any time of the day and I never get tired of reading this one. Beautiful illustrations as well. I can't recommend it highly enough.

THere are so many children's books out there and its so hard to know which are good and which are dumb. So, I had to write a review for this one. I've been so pleased by it. I love the board book binding, and yet its large. I get tired of all the board books being really small. My two year old loves books, but still rips them to shreds. I love the board books. He's a real duck fan and so when I saw this book I decided to give it a try. He just loves it. The pictures are really sweet and I love the poetry form of writing. I read it to him 4 or 5 times in a row each time. He won't ever let me spot at just once or twice. Absolutely give this book a try.

I've never been inspired enough to write a review of anything until now. I don't even have kids yet but had to get this book. It's really the cutest book ever! The pictures are adorable as well as the story. I also love the board book binding. The cover is kind of soft and the pages are made of durable cardboard (but I guess people who actually have children and buy children's book are familiar with that format). Everyone at the book fair agreed with me about this book. It's amazing!
