A Cross-Stitch Christmas; Celebrations in Stitches (Better Homes and Gardens)

I ordered this book, A Cross Stich Christmas (Needlework Treasures), but when I received my package today it was a different book. A Cross Stich Christmas ( A Christmas to Remember). It has really nice patterns, but it still was not the book I ordered.

I love this book, Better Homes and Gardens craft books alway's delight.

When I had the opportunity to buy this book I hesitated. I felt the need to see the cover before I bought it. Then I realized that this was a Better Homes and Gardens Christmas book and it would be highly unlikely that I would be dissappointed. I was right. It is great. I've already found the perfect picture for my 4 year old nephew's room for next Christmas. And, the perfect sampler for his parents. The book is full of a wide variety of deigns. From country casual to traditional, from children to adult, there is bound to be something for every taste. One thing I have found as I collect the BH & G Christmas books, is that they are all good. I may not want to do every project but there is always something that suits me or someone I know. The color and design coordination is excellent. And, I'm reminded by their patterns that what I am creating for myself is a memory and for others, an heirloom. Also, lately, you can't deny that the price is right. What with the cost of patterns, these books are a real bargin (when you can find them.) So gobble this up while you can find it. I hope you'll be as happy as I am.
