A Cozy Quilted Christmas (90 Designs, 17 Projects to Decorate Your Home) by Kim Schaefer (2007-05-03)

There are a few wall quilts (one with angels, others with poinsettias, and more with Christmas trees). There are guest towel appliques in sports themes...(an old timed Santa playing golf, hockey, football, and the like), tree skirts, table runner, coasters, and cute button tree topiaries. AND, there are full sized patterns in the back of the book and that's always a plus! I like the dark country colors, they lend well in my old time house. But, I've never been crazy about using felt because it pills so much. To me, felt is for looking at and not using cuz it doesn't wash well:/ That's the only thing I don't like about this book b/c she uses alot of felt as appliques. There's a solution to that...use a diff fabric:) If you like country stuff, you'll like this book. If you have a sports fan on your Christmas list, the Santa sports towel patterns are great.
