Great Book for new practitioners & those interested.

This is a nice book for anyone interested in learning more about Reiki from a straight forward book with reliable information. The book begins with an explaination of universal life energy, then a nice little history of the Usui system (the traditional system of Reiki healing). The book goes on to give practical advice for new practitioners including a detailed section of b & w photos for hand placements for self, others, as well as animals. The book concludes with the authors' personal Reiki stories which are quite interesting.
I really enjoyed this book!
