A Company of One: The Power of Independence in the Workplace

This book is a must. The first time I read it, I was so angry at the contents of the book, when I read it a second time, it provided me with the kick in pants to take charge of my destiny and not to depend upon corporate America. We need to become a company of one and take charge because in the long run we are responsible for ourselves. Excellent reading but be prepared to read it the second time to get the message. Excellent reading and hard to put down.
